Firestone Complete Auto Care

They lost an employee an hour before my appointment, and the manager was trying to keep everyone happy. When I suggested coming today instead, he left it up to me for my convenience. Today, they got my car fixed and on the road in the exact window they quoted. It drives better, and the visit was hassle free.

After having my car completely stop starting, I was able to have my vehicle towed to Firestone and have them check out the issue on the same day, find the issue AND fix the issue before I was even off of work. Steve and Dan, were very helpful, clear in what needs to be done, the price that was needed to be paid, and the work was done quickly and correctly. Highly recommend this location, and will absolutely be returning in the future if I need work done!

Thanks to Steve Meshell in O'Fallon for quick action. While traveling across I70 to see the grandkids, I hit something and ended with a bulge in my tire. Found my way to the closest Firestone. Steve was very helpful while being busy. He could tell I needed help right away with a new tire and got to work to make it happen, with kindness. Collin professionally changed the tire and tested it. Grateful for finding this store and the helpful staff.

Dan and the team here at Firestone were phenomenal. I’m traveling through town to see my daughters and Dan got me in and out within one hour and saved me from being stranded on highway 70. Best news… I got to see my kids on time! Thank you, Dan and a wonderful team at Firestone. We love you guys.

I bought a new car and wanted to get out checked out so I took it to Dan and was not disappointed. He was extremely thorough in his inspection of the vehicle and really put my worries at ease about my purchase. Another positive was that I only was charged $10 for this service that gave me such peace of mind. Thank you Dan
